A daiquiri is a cocktail most commonly made with rum with a citrus juice and a sweetener

Fermentation

Combine one bottle rum with a handful of apples in a cauldron filled with water over a lit fire and let brew for around three minutes. At this point the cauldron should change to a beige hue and should have sweet white foam and the mixture will be ready to bottle.

Decant the cocktail mixture into three glass bottles at this point the cocktail is ready to drink.
